I am aware of your intention to recruit Stagiaire/apprenti patisserie to your business and would like to submit my application.
For the last three years I have embarked on a path of training and work in the field of patisserie and I am strongly interested in the possibility of professional growth that this international experience can offer me. I studied at the Academy of Pastry ICOOK of Luca Montersino and Francesca Maggio and my last work experience was done at the Pastry shop of ROBERTO CANTOLACQUA PASTICCERE, as you can see from my Curriculum Vitae.
I am a very dynamic person who works very well in team but, when it is needed, I give my best also autonomously without having any kind of problem or fear. I love experimenting and this is why I think this job could allow me to show out my abilities with passion.
Despite my age (I'm only 24) I have gained a lot of experience and I'm willing to increase it in your company.
If you are interested in learning more about my skills, I am fully available to carry out a trial period and to attend a foreign language course if needed.
