Head Pastry Chef
Dear Chef Duytsche.
My name is Vanessa Franco and I'm currently the head pastry chef of the restaurant Máximo Bistrot and Havre 77 in México City, working under the leadership of chef Eduardo García. I'd love for you to give me the opportunity to visit you and do a stage for a couple of months (in the month of June, preferably) to improve my cooking, inspire myself with all of the incredible things that you've done and maybe share some of the things I've learned in Máximo with you and your staff.
